At BagPresser, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines for returns to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for return.
2. Initiate a Return

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number if your return is eligible.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply if the new item has a higher price.
6. Non-Returnable Items / Custom Items
Custom made Items with your logo or Artwork are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request photos or additional information to process your claim.
